WELCOME TO THE CARLYLE HOUSE EXPERIENCE

We opened our doors in June of 2013 with a commitment to "do it better". I am convinced that we are delivering on that promise. Our area is truly blessed with many fine Assited Living complexes to choose from and we are proud to add this family friendly tradition of care in our community. The Carlyle House offers 10 different room designs as well as many lifestyle stations placed throughout the complex to stimulate the senses.

The Carlyle House concept has been built on the foundation of my family's 44 year senior health care experience in the Dayton area and a sincere desire to become a trusted member of the greater Kettering/Oakwood health care community.

The Carlyle House will be locally owned and operated through the principles learned over a lifetime in service to the elderly. I have always held the belief that the environment and services at any Assisted Living Facility should so strongly reflect the core value of the owner that he would build it to please his own mother. To this end, one of the first residents of the Carlyle House was my own mother. I desire something very special for her as I am sure you seek the same commitment to your own loved one's safety and happiness. There has been a great deal of thought put into the Carlyle House concept and these design elements reflect the best of my senior housing experience and support out belief in making the lifestyle something very unique for all of our loved ones under our roof.

The 51 suite Carlyle House Assisted Living residence has been specifically designed to reflect an inviting residential lifestyle. Recognizing the specialized needs of our memory care residents, we added a new and separate building on campus to better address their care needs. The Renaissance is a 30 suite fully dedicated building, catering to the memory care needs of our clients. We intentionally offer our residents an intimate environment that ahs been designed to embrace the home-like qualites that I believre are so important to the special guests we serve.

As an example, the kitchen area is the informal and recognized social gathering spot in most residential homes and the Carlyle House will be no different. All meals will be prepared and served from a bistro, tasefully placed in each dining area and offering a minimum of three different levels of seating options from informal at the breakfast bar to a private dining atmosphere. This resident-centered programming allows for the continuation of the socail values we all take for granted in our own home.

The arboretum at the Carlyle House boasts a 10,000 square foot exterior gathering spot for the resients and family member's enjoyment. The secured gardens feature a peaceful and tranquil space where residents can choose from everything from picnics with the family under the pergola to working in the gardens and flower beds. The eight foot walls and wrought iron fencing is supported by security software that offers a worry-free and safe environment to all that enjoy a simple walk in the park.

I invite you to find out for yourself what we have to offer your loved one at the Carlyle House. The principles by which we manage are deeply rooted in our family's experience in the senior housing community. The specialized individual care we offer each and every resident is entered on their own unique set of needs. This indivudualized approach will greatly enhance the quality of care enjoyed by each and eery resident at the Carlyle House. Come see for yourself why we are so excited about the liefstyle opportunities available for your loved one. Ther are certainly advantages to being locally owned and manged!

Respectfully yours,

Greg A. Nelson, President
